Yes, but additional advance notice is required to prepare custom itineraries and other special requests.
How far in advance should I schedule my transport?
Plan on giving at least a week’s notice, though in most regions, loading of your vehicle will occur within a few days of placing your order for transport. If expedited pick-up is desired, speak with your transport consultant for details.
How is my reservation confirmed?
A detailed confirmation will be sent to you. If you reserve by phone, booking email will be sent to you immediately upon receipt of payment.
How can I manage Instant Book settings?
All major credit cards are accepted. You can also make a bank transfer or pay directly to the driver.
Is there a fee if I cancel my reservation?
Reservations are fully refundable up until 24 hours prior to the local time of service. 'No-show' bookings will be charged the full cost of the transfer.
